Our Story

2017

Established in California by Italian and American founders with the aim of improving working environments and providing objective data to entrepreneurs and managers to help them make more effective decisions with reference to their people, teams, and organizations.

2018

Selected by Plug & Play, the largest accelerator in the world, among the 10 best start-ups with business solutions for Human Resources.

2019

Joined the "Google for Entrepreneurs" program - a Google program organized to help Silicon Valley's most promising start-ups. While still young, Beaconforce already works with multinationals, including more than 10 Fortune 500s.

2021

Beaconforce was acquired by the Zucchetti Group to integrate the Group's People Governance offer and at the same time accelerate the development of the Beaconforce platform.
